Collaboration
I think it's safe to say that this project would have probably gone in an entirely different direction without our Campus Community Partner Sandra Dawson. As a board member for the Tanzania Development Support, she informed us about the organization and its goals and even participated in our brainstorming session for fundraising ideas. Miss Dawson shared with us stories of her own efforts from the beginning that inspired us to begin our efforts to assist in the cause. Thank You for your help and support Mrs. Dawson!

"Tanzania Development Support actively works to empower men, women, and children in Tanzania to lift themselves out of poverty through education, training, and community development. We work with indigenous organizations in Tanzania, and other supporting organizations, to achieve these objectives."
We chose to work with TDS because they are a local group with prior experience in helping Tanzanians become more educated.
